Incorporation & Promotion
Ruchira Papers Limited was incorporated on December 8, 1980 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act,1956. The Company came into production in 1981. The Company was promoted by Shri Umesh Chander Garg, Shri Jatinder Singh and Shri Subhash Chander Garg.
Location
The works and the registered office is located at Village Kala-Amb of District Sirmaur in Himachal Pradesh adjoining Haryana State and Administrative office at 21-22, New Professor Colony, Yamuna Nagar (Haryana). This place is at a distance of 68 Kms. from Chandigarh on Chandigarh-Dehradun Highway and 50 K.M. from Ambala and Yamuna Nagar.
Management
The overall affairs of the Company are looked after by Shri Subhash Chander Garg, Chairman of the Company, along with Shri Jatinder Singh, Co-Chairman-cum-Whole-Time Director and Shri Umesh Chander Garg, Managing Director of the company.
Sh. Jatinder Singh looks after finance and purchases & Shri Subhash Chander Garg is looking after Marketing and sales. Production, while maintenance & technical aspects of the unit is monitored by Shri Umesh Chander Garg .
Succession Plan
The Promoter Directors have taken a deep interest to groom the second generation team in specialist field of Paper and allied subjects, accordingly The Board of Directors has appointed four Vice Presidents:
Shri Deepan Garg son of Shri Umesh Chander Garg is B.E.(Mechanical) with an experience of 12 years in Paper Technology has been appointed as Vice-President (Technical).
Shri Jagdeep Singh son of Shri Jatinder Singh is B.E.( Mechanical) with an experience of 1.5 years has been appointed as Vice-President ( Operations).
Shri Daljeet Singh son of Shri Jatinder Singh is Arts Graduate with deep knowledge of Commercial and agricultural fields has been appointed as Vice-President ( Commercial).
Shri Lucky Garg son of Shri Umesh Chander Garg is an MBA(Marketing) has knowledge and an experience of 6 years in Marketing field. He has been appointed as Vice-President (Marketing).
Ms. Vishali Jhaveri daughter of Shri Subhash Chander Garg is an MBA(Marketing) has knowledge and an experience of 5 years in Marketing field. She has been appointed as Vice-President (Marketing-Western Region).
