Ruchira Papers Limited is a large integrated Agro based Pulp & Paper Industry which is engaged in manufacturing & Marketing of Writing Printing & Kraft Paper. The company takes special care & attention of their employees and family members regarding their health. The company is covered under ESIC scheme and our maximum employees and their family members are covered under this scheme for their medical Benefit & the rest approxi. 300 employees who are not covered under ESIC are covered under Cashless Mediclaim Policy & Personal Accident Policy.

Hence rest approx. 300 employees and their family members are covered under Cashlesss Mediclaim Policy. Besides Cashless Mediclaim Policy Personal Accident Policy is also there in the Company for employees and their spouse who are not covered under ESIC. The premium of Cashless Mediclaim Policy & Personal Accident Policy is paid by the Company.
